IMHO.hmm u can confirm by dialing the *119# to see the expiry day.
i mean the day, not the month. just in case misunderstood.
this part u just ignore in case more confusing. side note just sharing, looking at my past 119 sms, sometimes the expiry day is different(main vs plan) lol sometimes same. e.g.
different: main expiry 2-11-23, plan expiry 3-10-23.
same: main expiry 2-12-23, plan expiry 2-11-23.
IMHO.One last dumb question from me. Pardon me that I'm super bad with anything numbers!![]()
So, Now I create a Task in Google Calendar backdated on 15-10-2023 for "Heya Top up" and set to repeat every 30 days or 31 days?
IMHO.Okay guys,

IMHO.
Please help to try this.
Google email calendar.
Add a task.
Select the date of next renewal.
Specify repeat 30 days.
Sync to your mobile.
Okay. That's should be enough alerts. No need set calendar notice. Heya will SMS u 3 days before expiry and on the day of expire to top up
a chore !Okay. Easy
Oh ya! Since that I'm using a Samsung phone. So, one-time job on my Samsung Calendar.
Created 15-11-2023 as the next expiry date with condition to repeat it every
Okay. That's should be enough alerts.
Anyway, I just set a calendar alert at 9pm just in case I missed or ignored the Heya sms..
May be I jump ship again already even before the 1st expiry date lol....a chore !![]()
Except that when the SMS fails to be sent (I and @keenklee have experienced it before), you can be sure they will come here and kpkb.usually heya will sms you 3 days before the due date. when they sms you, just note down the date or day then top up during that day.
Not sure what is so difficult.
Also not forgetting it won't go bankrupt like some MVNOs have before! At the worst it gets absorbed back into sinktel.May be I jump ship again already even before the 1st expiry date lol....But I don't think so this time.
Heya is good. I like Heya speed and it has VoLTE!
Also, the $3 addon 1GB of roaming data can be used across 3 countries, not just restricted to a single country within the validity period offered by other MVNOs.
So, within the 7 days. I can use the addon 1GB in Malaysia, Batam and Bangkok so to speak.
Go bankrupt and absorbed back to ST? Not a bad thing eitherAlso not forgetting it won't go bankrupt like some MVNOs have before! At the worst it gets absorbed back into sinktel.
Yes the speed is fantastic, up to 120Mbps, and voLTE works well!
unlikely la.. Worse come to worse kena port to another MNVOthen they will give you 1gb/m for $10
China... but in the name of Chinatown in KL, Bangkok and Jarkata only...Heya roaming in China? Going Shenzhen next month.
Separate charges, idk how expensive. But I suggest you get ICC esim or sim card from shopee. It works everytimeHeya roaming in China? Going Shenzhen next month.
Yes this will work. Your $45 wallet balance is guaranteed to be there until April 2024.Recently, I bought the $50 free $5 credit. So, the main credit (now left $45) expiry is in April 2024.
In December, I will be travelling for 2 weeks. Will be using another card instead. So, I intend not to purchase the plan for December, or at least for the 2 weeks.
Can I not topup/buy the $10 plan? Let all the data/mins/sms expired. Then only topup/buy the $10 plan in Jan? Will my $45 credit still there for me to use for topup? My number is still kept intact?
Will this work?
