Anybody recently ported to heya but did not receive the $10 port-in bonus?

It has been more than 3 days and I have yet to receive the $10 lol. Not sure if because i was issued with KFC voucher, thus dont have the $10 port-in bonus.

I think... If you have gotten the free rice and KFC! Then, no 2nd month free!

The particular promo also does not state "2nd month free" for new signup/port-in.

SIM card activated and show Heya at 3am just now. Morning couldn’t go data straightaway. Switching between 3g and ‘no data’. But I am happy my port in success and phone will probably work

as of 1pm ,1 Nov still not able to connect to data. *119# check balance show ‘processing’

I want to port in a StarHub postpaid line to heya. Is it better to do ‘transfer of ownership’ at StarHub before port in or do transfer of ownership with heya?

Considering heya. How to pay monthly bills? Thru wallet and HDB outlets? No way to monthly deduct from credit card?

i regret buy vivifi i want buy heya and use like prepaid 😡
Understood! I also think Heya payment structure is good as we have full control.

If one forgot to pay. That is not Heya problem. It's one ownself problem lol...

We are living in a digital age. There are so many ways to remind us to pay this, pay that. Do this and do that on time and the payment is instant and in a bling of half a second only.

Nope. Remember! Heya doesn't auto deduct from your wallet even if you have $1B inside your wallet!

One has to manually "deduct" from Wallet by purchasing the $10 Heya plan on every 30th day before 2359hrs (last day before the next 30 days cycle starts).

Just set up a calendar task to remind you on every 30th day to manually purchase / renew the $10 plan.
