Hi, I just signed up for Vivifi plan, port over from Singtel.
Right now I need to wait for the simcard to deliver to me before I can activate to get eSim?

Cos I realize it may take up to 4 days for Singpost to deliver and I'm flying on Friday...

The esim is successfully port in from other telco, but there is no number shown in esim profile. It stated unknown. I had drop email to them hope the technical team look into this matter. But if you guys can help that will be grateful.
no idea .. maybe reboot phone, if you call out do you see your ported number?

call out show correct number. but don't know why the esim profile still unknown number after restart. I just wait for the technical team to give me the solution.

If you’re getting esim, there’s no physical sim card. Why need delivery?

Bro, do you guys encounter after port in the esim profile still show unknown? there is no number appear in my sim profile. how you solve it? i'm using S23 ultra.
I’m using Z Flip 3. Also showing unknown. Since it’s not affecting anything, I don’t care.

But MR can do it, their technical team hm.. not up the level. Yesterday just received their email and stated they unbale to do it, by default is unknown number.

If you’re getting esim, there’s no physical sim card. Why need delivery?
Oh because during sign up, there's an option to delivery sim and I cannot get thru next step if I never tick.
But now ok liao cos last night received an email for the esim.

So I had submitted number porting and got the eim QR code, next step is to install the esim profile or wait till my current Singtel network ceased from my iPhone?

Zzzzz my porting done, previous Telco ceased and Vivifi is connected.

However esim showing vivifi temp number and I tried calling my old Singtel number, it say no longer in use….. unable to proceed with my banking otp now….

When I ported from MR esim to SIMBA esim, took 2-3 days before OTP / SMS works normally. Hopefully it will be the same for you. :unsure:

It can take up to 12hrs for the porting to sort itself out. My line was only fully ported by 9-10am despite being dead at the donor telco before midnight the previous day.

Meanwhile just email Vivifi to push them.

normally take 2-3 days before otp to be fully functional

Ported over, but no data on my iPhone 15 even though got 4G logo.

defaulted to e-ideas APN

Reboot, delete and reinstall eSIM liao, still same.

can call but no data

change to HiCard totally no 3G 4G logo
