u need to protect yr own physical body.

i remember Taoist have certain method to "seal" their physical body to prevent "external force" or "unwelcome spirit" to take over u.

HK Taoist practitioners 道士 called it “夺舍” or "body snatching".
there was a HK movie of the same name “夺舍” in 1997.

To protect yourself, u need to perform "封身" or "sealing yr body".

they say everyone is me and I am everyone. Seeing others are seeing mirrors. There is only 1 me and they are me. I am them. Same goes for all strangers, mothers fathers and etc. time is not linear and I choose to be him, her, she , he all at the same time.

So being cruel and good to another is also same as being cruel and good to ownself.

Very much aligned with the egg theory.

There is hierarchy of authoritative power in the spirit world just like in real human world.

Unless you have authoritative power over the spirits, you and by extension, your family, as well, won't be able to regain normal life without their unwanted interference.

It is nice to be able to call and talk to spirits whenever you want, ... but what happens if they want you or your contribution when it is not convenient?

Ok the system got tell me before that there’s a few levels of realm. Those I can see are still pretty basic. The worst I’ve seen is only potianak, there much worst ones too but is still too much for me to take

Most of them also go back to their temple liao and back to their 7th month gate close liao.

Is more like they come and chit chat with me la. Also never want me to do anything for them.
