Can share your location instead so at least those near to you would be able to somewhat tell if they might be getting also.

So for those staying around hougang it's still unavailable? As my current plan may be terminated because of the EOL ONT I currently have. Otherwise I have to recontract just to continue using it with new one being sent with a disappointing offer:(

I'm in pasir ris, but didn't get their offer. But i'm not disappointed. let them iron out the bugs before full-scale rollout. fullscale rollout will discover bugs that somehow evade the trial/pilot phase.

by that time, there will be more reviews on the service features, performance and stability/reliability. and competitor prices (hopefully prices only and not performance and features) will also have come down to match.

I am one of those without a simba line but received an invitation email for the broadband pilot late November. Filled up the google doc from the invite email but no news from them. Not sure whats the usual timeline from filling up the invite till them contacting you. Dunno whether I am not eligible eventually or still have chance.

Same as the latest promo letter i received with this additional wording:
"We'll lock in this exclusive ALL-IN plan at this price, so you can continue to enjoy this promotional rate, even after the 24-month contract." Signup by 22 Dec 2023.

Tempted to recon but i think i shall pass for now. They send mailers every 2-mths, i'll wait for the next one. haha
No I did not see that clause in contract T & C.

My NLT appointment yesterday, but as of now still not able to connect to network.
The Optical indication light keep blinking, per user guide, it means got light but not connected.

BTW, am I suppose to use my existing M1 NLT port or the other port, was testing with the other unuse port.

Also, I don't have simba BB customer support phone contact, only can email them 😢

Any advice?

I dun have simba, so i can't advise on the ONT behaviour or their contact

Simba should be using the other FTP port. the existing m1 connection remains unless you cancel it and tell m1 to release the port.

for their contact, perhaps can search their website. or if you have a subscriber login, perhaps somewhere in there. if not, then no choice, have to rely on email.

Thanks for the clarification 🙏

Searched website, no contact, only email.
Also, so login for broadband, login only for mobile service 😢
