Has anyone's telco name changed back to TPG Singapore from SIMBA? Mine has been like that for the last month or so. Still works perfectly OK including roaming.

power saver mode disables 5gAnyone on seniors plans not getting 5G? My mom's phone (A53, so 5G capable) does not receive 5G, so I was wondering if it was excluded for senior plans.
Just checked the web site, the Critical Information Summary for the Seniors plan does specify 4G speeds for seniors.

As mentioned in Zym thread, please change to sim slot 2. And also you never describe what phones. don't have toanybody knows if I want to port over from Myrepublic to Simba, do I still need to have access to the original line for authentication? I actually lost myrepublic sim card. If not possible I guess I first have to pay Myrepublic for a new sim. Thanks.

11.05pm - Singtel cut me off
01.11am - port-in successful!

the last day of collection is in your confirmation email, it was 3 months for me, double check your email to be sure, it should say something likeAs in do they give you a period or something? Like collect within a month?
