I supposed it’s too new to have user experience feedback other than utube and Hisense agentI'm considering getting a 77" UX. Anyone own this model? Please share your experience
My laser tv ALR screen has ripple / wrinkles on the top right corner on the screen . I WhatsApp the service hotline and they took 1 day to respond . Asked me to send pictures and I did. Then replied they will check with the technician and after that MIA for 5 days. Maybe I have to CALL them and see how they respond.Ok. Seems like Hisense is a good company. Anyway my rationale is to buy the cheapest. No expectation = no dissatisfaction. I bought Samsung, LG, Sony before. None of them give extraordinary service/ quality also.
Didn’t fix during delivery? My laser tv ALR screen has ripple / wrinkles on the top right corner on the screen . I WhatsApp the service hotline and they took 1 day to respond . It was fine when installed and fixed last year June 2023. It happened only last month and it seem getting worst.Didn’t fix during delivery?
China weather more unpredictable. Quite strange this will happenIt was fine when installed and fixed last year June 2023. It happened only last month and it seem getting worst.
I google searched and it seem that was common and believe it was the weather change that caused the ALR frame to expand or contract .
They send down the technician to fix and was the same guy who did the installation for me. He told me it was the 1st time he encountered this. He adjusted and make it more tight. Hopefully it won't happen again.China weather more unpredictable. Quite strange this will happen

No choice so suay tv gg during cny =.=
They say fastest around 3 working day
With Rtings reviewing these two models to be similarly performing - older model slightly better PQ while newer model better low-quality contents upscaling - guess the extra $150 top-up is to cover for the extra year(s) of warranty coverage .....is replace u7k same size as yr u8h?
tbh i dun expect pay extra for repair or 1 to 1 replacement since tv is under warranty.
but 3yrs warranty for replace u7k is good
Yes 55” .is replace u7k same size as yr u8h?

Can we even depends on rtings or those online review sites ? Their specification might not be the same as ours .With Rtings reviewing these two models to be similarly performing - older model slightly better PQ while newer model better low-quality contents upscaling - guess the extra $150 top-up is to cover for the extra year(s) of warranty coverage .....![]()
