Anyone has experience with the trade in value dropping after buying from Samsung store?
I ever did trade in with PCdreams and experience is no good especially they try to find physical defect on my perfectly fine phone.
Don't wish to top up cash for the otherwise "good" purchase of s24 ultra.

After trade in of $600 and all the discount added together. Bought S24 Ultra 1 TB at $1020.80. Applied education store discount, $88 discount, $100 mastercard installment and not sure if there is any other things i miss out anot. Maybe the 10% 1st time app store purchase discount as well.

based on previous years, sometimes deliver before or at launch date.
Some people here got their phones 1 or even 2 days before launch date
But u can go pick up the phone at samsung store on the launch day itself too.

Firstly, for IPP $100 discount, the minimum purchase must be more than $500.
SEcondly, i suspect the DBS/POSB ones ran might have run out but HSBC still can?

Edu store doesn’t have the first time 10% .
I just compare both side by side , be it the education or Samsung store the different is not much .

With edu Samsung store
$1638.80
-$88 (coupon)
-$100(credit card)
Total $1450.8 but only give you 4K reward point ($8)

with Samsung store
$1735.20 (10% off with 1st time purchase )
-$88(coupon)
-$100(credit card)
Total is $1547.20 but you get 79,736 reward point with is almost equivalent to $150 ish

if you don’t need any accessories from Samsung store edu is flat out better , but with Samsung store the rebate is better cause of the $150 and can offset your next purchase.
Apple to apple we are talking bout
$1450.8 -$8 ($1442.8) vs 1547.20-$150 ($1397.20)

Your pricing u paid for new phone is it directly offset from the trade in? If yes, then u are safe except if your phone condition doesnt match what u have stated when trading in your phone
