Prism worth to buy? heard some bad stuff about their monitors
Prism products are just rebranded China made OEM products ranging from TVs, Monitors, Air Conditioners, Ceiling Fans, Refrigerators, Air Purifiers, Soundbars, Monitor Arms, TV Stands. They just slap on their own local branding, provide local warranty and use influencers to market their products. There is totally nothing about local made/engineered. Plus point I would say is their warranty duration is somewhat generous. Also, Prism+, Omnidesk, Aftershock PC are all under the same company.

My Prism Tv hardly used, only once every week just had smoke appearing. Technician came down and opened the unit, saw ‘water’ on the plastic near motherboard and say ‘water somehow leak inside’ and caused the smoke. Not covered by warranty.

Tv is indoor, not near water source, no way for water to travel from bottom up; defying gravity. It was an obvious capacitor leak but they conveniently say ‘water leak’
