So far I never encountered but only if let say I followed the watch workout suggestion then when the workout completed in 42mins and I still continue to run till 1.5hr, then it will have the lap completed at 42mims and then continue with your current run.

Also there's 1 time where I click on certain button and it happened.
That 1 time is the manual lap. Usually good for track run where you do one complete run of 400m, your press the lap button. Most accurate way to get lap distance into your workout profile if you know the actual distance, like the stadium track.

Today's run started after 10pm. Watch sensor still say it's 31C outside. . At least the ground is not radiating heat. Wind is warm.

Question is the surrounding air is warm, isn't it getting worse instead of helping ?
Yeah, but I think the Sony one might be quite helpful. It won't actually cool the body temperature, but should help to make the body feel less sluggish when running.

Did 6 km slow jog just now. Holy hell, even before 2 km my body was already drenched in sweat.

I tried running 5 km during late afternoon and my sweat was dripping from my face after my run.

I had never felt like so wet before.

Don't know the cut off time. But I think if you employ the run, walk, run method, can complete within cut off time. Skechers run cater more to gen pop, more marketing type, guess is they would try to get more people to make it in time.
Ok..I am old uncle..running slow.

Today is my rest day, but looks like a good day to run later. Sky is dark now here in SK, with strong cooling wind. Likely to rain. Just hope this carry on til tomorow when I start my first run of the week.
Still recovering from Friday heat exhaustion, so it's a full day rest today as schedule.

Anyone here using or used Asics Nimbus 24 b4 ah? Its on flash sale on Shopee & just nice got my size. After all the coupons discount, will cost $83 nia. My last Nimbus was in 2018 coz it got heavier and heavier until it was very tiring on the ankle, so I stopped using Asics and went around trying other brands (on Adidas now). I know the current one is Nimbus 25, but I'm ok with 1 season older.
