Ya sure, I totally get it's in Singtel's best biz interest to not peer openly since they charge for paid peering, using their large customer pool as leverage.
But oddly M1 can peer with Pacific Internet, Viewqwest and Simba over SGIX, and MyRepublic over Equinix IX.
And what happens when major content delivery networks don't bow to their pressure? Their customers suffer loh.
