As long as KMT puts it to use in good faith, I think the people also want the parliament to investigate into scandals like the egg importing scandal, solar panel scandal, etc that the DPP gahmen are not willing to investigate.

The problem now is KMT and TPP do not trust the police and the judiciary already, cos of incidents during the Tsai admin that the police and judiciary are now politicized in favor of the green camp with pro-green people promoted to be supreme court judges, police chief and prosecutor chief.

This has resulted in scandals like the Brazil egg importing scandal, the solar panel scandal etc not being investigated enough to give the people an adequate answer. Also that Tai Nan parliament speaker bribery case. Miraculously all 10 suspects are now left off the hook and no one is being indicted again. Very magic.

Btw what do u mean something is unconstitutional? With enough votes can always make a constitutional amendment what.

This is more of a political issue because the blue and white is only in control of the legislative department. The green is control of all other department inclusive of the control yuan (legal investigation department - ownself check ownself). So the blue and white actually try to come out with a story that, Japan, USA has already adapt this, in fact this is really true. The legislative department is really big shot you know, it's like the board of director controlling the budget, whereas CEO is green.

I don't like KMT TPP CCP but I hate DPP even more. This is because they are good at lying cover up propaganda underhand tactic. I salute the KMT that help fight WW2. Balance of power means legislation do not have any power other than legislation and there are sop and constitution to guide it. Just because they set laws doesn’t mean they can go against it.

For example the judge in the courtroom cannot make a judgement that the money fined on a criminal goes into his own pocket just because he call the shot in the court.

I'm not legal personnel but I believe there is a lot of legal person in KMT and TPP to have that see the documents and to see what are the possible problems they may face before they even draft it. And I believe that they have already defended that they is not against the constitutional problems. The big judge that is appointed by DPP can overrule this bill by saying that this is against the constitutional rule. Which I believe they will because they are very green.

Yeah actually the opposition party hates him a lot. Because he always say very very very nasty things about things on TV about them everyday, they can't wait to get their revenge on him. I think this type of case confirmed will last very very long and will impact the president as well because maybe the president actually give him the rights to do so. They even have data all the way back from 2019.
