Usual JB condo in the city center with limited facilities.

The only good part is 5 min drive from the RTS.

I guess new condominiums near RTS are going for new benchmarks.

quite likely Bukit Chagar RTS would be cluster fug with grab drivers, taxi, buses etc~ Johor is studying building ART system to RTS~ i would suggest wait and see the location for the ART lines~

With this price (assume it's s$350k), quite a wide selection. Should pay a visit to those property booths at ciq or ksl.
