redeem after monday earning 12pm posted, before tuesday 9am. can withdraw in tuesday evening 4 to 5pm.
Yes. That's the normal thing people would fo.

But I want to withdraw before timer get to 0 because it falls on Sat for me, so it affects Sat-Mon. Has anyone tried withdrawing before counter get to 0 before?

You are free to redeem anytime before or after the counter reaches 0.
If you redeem before, you lose the remaining days of 6.8% interest.
If you redeem after, you're still getting the 3.x% interest for the days after counter reaches 0.

dun play play, read this tnc clause, I posted before!

"However, if clients withdraw funds from the account, causing the total fresh fund* deposited to fall below the minimum qualifying fresh fund of S$10,000, they will no longer be eligible for the extra return reward. For example, if a client initially deposits S$10,000 and subscribe to Cash Plus, they are eligible for 6.8%p.a. guaranteed return for 20 days. And during the holding period, they withdraw S$8,000 from their account (resulting in net shortfall in fresh funds of of S$2,000) 6.8%p.a. guaranteed return will be invalidated and any additional return reward earned while they are subscribed will be forfeited."

My counter hit zero friday pm, reward came in 6pm, let it earn over the weekend since will not get cash over weekend! No brainer!
My counter also hit zero day on Friday morning but i didn't receive the reward, and i have redeem the fund on Friday afternoon. No issue right?

Once the countdown hits zero, you can redeem but redeeming on Fri afternoon means you lose the returns on weekends and Mon.

Can check if you have done this before for this 6.8% tranche?

I read already but there is this part in FAQ Q3.

"Please note that since the calculation of the net deposit amount is a time-sensitive process, when your net deposit amount decreases during the earnings period and does not meet the original number of earnings day, the original countdown days will not decrease accordingly. Instead, the final 6.8%p.a. returns will be reduced at the end of the returns period.
As your net deposit amount increases, the countdown days will increase to the corresponding number of days of rewards. We would strongly recommend that you maintain a net deposit amount during the event to ensure enjoying the maximum returns."

The previous 6.8% tranche did not have this

Because their agents have been proven to know nothing and gave wrong info before. Moo tnc also said 1 thing but actually it was not the case. So I am looking for an actual experience lol.

Based on reading the FAQ, it seems you would need to maintain $10k/50k/150k for 20/40/60 days. You can redeem anything above that amount early.

I also same just now email. I intend wait until tomorrow to see it appear in my app or not. Last time got tier and cap limit for each tier. Now dunno same or not.

I thought repeat with tier concept so purposely set existing monies to 39k so I can top-up 10k to keep to 50k first tier.
