this seems to be different from what was happening before -- that appeared to be congestion on their Equinix IXP links, which I assume was alleviated by perhaps shifting traffic bound for Cloudflare and Microsoft to PNI links. you wouldn't have had latency issues to hosts in MyRepublic's, StarHub's (transit?), or Singtel's (via StarHub) networks

on the other hand, what I saw yesterday (and also on the 28th and 26th) affected everything going through the gateway for my public IP subnet, which is... pretty much everything.

edit: would've looked like this instead (notice that latency doesn't increase for everything)

The $50 top up is a one time payment only. Not recurring

Ran a measurement on RIPE Atlas just to be sure that it's not just me: LatencyMon, measurement results

I've already filed a ticket with them, so hopefully they manage to fix it (or at least figure out what's going on)

Anyone else getting error when trying to watch Twitch.tv? The chat can load but not the video. If I turn on VPN then video can load. like wtf

I have 2 x 1gbps, both are the same.
Is it common issues now? MR refresh the line before, but still the same.

They emailed me earlier today to let me know that "[their] upstream provider has made some changes", and it seems like everything's back to normal now. And that does indeed appear to be the case now:

Agree, at least MR bother to assist and rectify better than others blaming user issue/problem.

its the norm nowadays.... speeds are exceptionally terrible during the day

Hello just like to check with the existing customer for MR. Is the connection to China for the gamer subscription is still very good? If possible can do the tracert for the following below. I went down to their official shop but there issnt any computer for me to check it out. Thank alot.

Forget to mention I am using M1 now and the ping is easily over 400ms, just now reached 600+ ms. Hear MR is the best for China connection but not sure if its still good now and is it stable. Thank you.

MR is better than M1 but not good enough for gaming in China server.
Also gamer plan is $5 more expensive but it's only marginally better. I used uu booster or mudfish for FF14CN before, both performs very well and much better than direct connect.
