They need to take effort to learn English then no choice if they wanna get out of their jap culture and maybe move to an American or European style of co.

Then it's also the same for sinkies who make noise about ns and cbp and mbfc isn't it ?

In fact , it's easier for sinkies to leave sg than Japanese to leave Japan since basic English is taught in school for all..

I think it’s true just lacking context. The SME he work for belong to his dad or relative. Now all the things he said make sense :o

Confirm some low level worker lah. Where got MNC need to clock in clock out one unless from those low life workers from production. No late then got performance bonus? 勤工奖 sibo say until so nice. I am in so many MNC before got USA, Taiwan, French/Italian, Local, engineer above no need to clock in and out nonsense because we dun have performance bonus based on punctuality. Only production workers. 😂
