My sister always buy Tumi but then when spoiled she ask me to bring to shop to get free repair or replacement. Since she paid price a few times more for similar item, I found it meaningless. Might as well buy a good quality one and just replace with new if spoiled, still cheaper than buy Tumi. But if want to haolien then is a different story.

I don't like the Tumi backpacks with monograms ABC or JKL that are printed for the owners. Quality-wise, fake Tumi backpacks are just as good. All made of nylon and polyester.

Be careful when you use Tumi.

When it is new, the shape looks firm.

The moment you put in heavy stuff, certain parts of the bag will pull more than others, to the extent that the bag will no longer stand upright.

In other words, you pay top dollars for it, but it will still end up looking like some cheap bag.
