Just sharing my good experience on shopee purchase.

Seller: HockMobile Store
Bought: $104 balance (13months worth of subscriptions) for only $83.41
Voucher: Shopee Coin $6++, $10 off min spend $100.
Turnover Time: within 1 mins, I received sms from eight saying that my account has topped up. The seller will shopee chat you once done too.

Overall: $83.41/13months = $6.42/month.

For those interest can consider.

received SMS after applying online on 11 jul. received SIM on 17jul but was away till yesterday. tried activating today with info from SMS but "activation code in either invalid or expired".... :s22:

Can i sign up for another extra $8 paid plan?

think i previously read somewhere cannot have more than 2 lines per person :/
v troublesome to go to their service centre to terminate the $0 line i think

The SIM card must be activated within 14 days after they post it out

AS long you are holding 2x Sim per NRIC. U need terminate at least one 1st before signing another sim/plan

  1. Which date (of this month) should I initiate the port-in? So that the Eight plan is aligned to every calendar month? I receive the physical SIM Eight card today i.e. 26/7/2024.
  2. The letter mentioned to input a temporary mobile number? Where do I see this temporary number? Is it the number on the SIM card itself? Or...?

Hello all,

what should I do so that, post port in, (to eight), my eight plan always start and reset on the very first of of each calendar month?

Background: on gym now, and keen to port in to eight with the same mobile number.

Any thoughts, suggestion and comments will be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
Simple, eight has a 60 days inactivity policy before your eight line gets terminated. Their paid plans lasts for 30 days.

For example, 1st January pay $8. 30 January your plan ends. 31 January you don't pay, 1st February you pay, plan ends on 2 March, 3 March - 31 March you don't pay, 1st April pay $8, rise and repeat. Just remember to buy a paid plan on the 1st day of the month, this can ensure the starting date is the very first of the calendar month. Ending date is impossible to end as the paid plan is on 30 days period.

You already asked this question before. It's not possible to align.

If you want to align nicely I only know M1 Bespoke SIM Only plan has the 1st day of the month billing cycle. Your M1 bills will always be dated 1st day of the month.

The temporary number is in the email.
