I have quite a nice ramen in JB for half the price in SG.

I think RTS will wipe out our F&B and retail.

Got in-house stone-mill, how retarded is that? Cannot just import the stone-milled flour from Japan here?

Never ever let a Chef tell you how to run a business. They got zero concept of how to make money.

The dining concept is taste, smell and visual.

When BreadTalk opened many years ago, its outlets also had bakers making the bread.

This gave the impression that its bread items were fresh and premium.

Chilli Crab ramen that tastes kinda like the real thing. Great house-made noodles too, mixed with whole wheat flour for an earthy hint.

taste KINDA like the real thing? also why the noodles look like machaim the hawker centre one?
anyway looking forward to 8 days report next year when they close down.

Breadtalk didn't import a grinder to mill flour. That's too retarded.

They will be spending premium rental space to produce raw ingredients. It's akin to building a chicken coop to harvest eggs in a mall.

And thus the premium pricing for customers to pay for one man's stupidity.

Let's say it is a dining concept when you see your food being prepared from start to finish...

Why must tell people need $1mil to setup shop, therefore price is high? I don't see McD franchise outlets telling people it costs $x mils to setup therefore prices should be raised also.

This is a don't make your problem become my problem scenario
