I received incoming spam call while in Bangkok, maybe ppl can call in, didn't try call out.

incoming is fine, IDD package is required for outgoing

tried in JB. can receive calls from sg handphones, can make calls to different sg handphones.
handphones were on singtel. didn't try to landlines though.

@gapboy according to our fellow member, can receive calls.
I will try it soon.

am able to connect to both truemove and dtac, but not AIS.

AIS belongs to singtel

54mbps is acceptable speed. In fact it's 10x faster than average Simba speed.

Saw earlier posts, 1 showed 250Mbps and another 300Mbps, so was wondering why 54Mbps, not even half of theirs

for disclaimer, the 250mbps is mine, and it was a national day, nobody worked in the office and I was standing below the repeater. haha that is why can hit so high. but outside, the speed is halved.

Range from 60+ to 200+ based on my own personal experience. Dependant on location also. It seems to perform better most of the time outdoors for me.
I also tested the sim on one iPhone, don't know why always consistently low 60+ . So YMMV.

Need help to explain this.

For example in Malaysia, does it means that I’m able to receive and call out to landline Singapore numbers while I’m chilling out in Jb for free?

Ok. That's new, device + network specific phenomenon. Don have the speed test numbers but Iphone + Simba felt much load faster. Anyone here also on iphone also doing 60s? Plug into android 3x (above 180) speed, at same location.

wow, thats nice! i didnt know it. i always thought only simba allow roaming call back to Singapore for free. didnt know eight did 1 up, allow call back to Singapore from roaming countries.

last week spent some money on skype calls to local bank.

just go outside and use it according to your own use case.
Dont need >100mbps for tiktok, instagram, etc.
