By right, the teleco need to ensure that 4G is always available for those 3G zone once 3G ceased.

I choose top up (to wallet) and activate auto-recharge, let it run on its own.

For change of plans (downgrading), dies it have any charges?

When signing up yesterday, the retailer mistakenly put me under the 888 plan rather than the 88 plan and now inform me that I can do the downgrade myself.

Can I do it now or wait till the next recharge date?

Did you locked the card in the app?
It happens to me a few times, albeit for other transactions.

For safety sake, why not just buy a couple of months worth from Shopee while still linking your CC to the account
