His concern is no 16GB and 1TB version and also he believe there is a difference in hardware lol between CN set and global set.
So he go China buy is the best option.

yup. it's possible the global set doesn't hv the satellite comms, battery may be different too and some other hardware. experience based on samsunk

haha, it is a open world, if u feel global set not for u due to any reason, just buy cn set. dun need stress.

I'm pretty sure no satellite comms for V3 global set.

End of day to me local warranty, software support etc important to me hence i will still get local set.

past few honor flagships have been min. 16/512gb since magic 5 pro in 2023.

no reason they will launch the basic 12gb version of the v3 as standard global set. At least not in hk/my/sg. I won't bet on the 1TB though.

12gb variant perhaps to target other markets like india/indo.

Not really. When the top tier Magic 6 Pro was 16gb version, in SG they launched only 12gb variant.

no problem. so far Magic V2 is having 16GB sold in MY/SG, whereas V3 rumor only 12GB. That why lot of people is angry about it.

V3 already cleared IMDA.
So, i dont think SG launch is far off.
Prob better to wait for warranty purposes.

Yes, IMDA cleared since Jul. If based on the price of China, V2 and V3 are the same, hopefully, SG will remain as $1999 too.
