I can receive OTP from banks & other services except 8 mobile's own website: https://account.eight.com.sg/login when I tried to access my account.

Port in? Tried both old and temporary numbers?

Both tried. Can't receive but my spouse's number that ported in with me no problem.

Don't understand. I didn't block anything from my end. Had tried using different browsers, systems & phone. All can't.

For those who are holding on the SIM card after 88 days and not beyond the 60 days grace period, can you still receive the otp sms from the eight mobile website to login?

i am able to log in using web with otp

yes, but no data liao...I dump the sim card already..

Yes. I had already email to helpme@eight.com.sg & portin@eight.com.sg. Waiting for their reply. Since I'm on 88 days free & doesn't use a lot of data, I'm still ok if unable to access now. My concern is I'm unable to change to $8 plan or top-up credits after that.

i have the same problem as u...unable to receive the OTP from Eight mobile after port over..

wrote them email last week
didnt get response and i made a trip down to ubi yesterday to feedback to the boss


now waiting for eight to resolve this

Should be able to with shopee too but unable to check my balance left.

eight saves a lot of hassle (and hair pulling moments as well as quarreling ) when roaming.

sometimes my wifewould just disappear and went to random shops, and i could not find her.

as u all noe lah, incoming whatsapp call will not get notification on apple watch but native app for phone can get the notifications.

she is one of those that does not feel vibration or hold her phone all the time. those who are married, can relate the reaction lah if you ask your wife "why never answer ur phone?"

roaming calls saved the days. if whatsapp call did not go thru, i would just call her using roaming call using native phone. deducts directly from IDD allowance. she is also on eight.

oh thanks. i was afraid of incurring roaming call charges, and dont dare to answer call.

pls just answer the incoming calls while roaming.
For incoming calls, they will deduct from IDD allowance.
I did international calls while roaming too.
Indo to Indo, Indo to Singapore, etc
If I want to call another country while roaming should be no problem as well.
Those days are gone, days with costly roaming calls. It's so liberating.

Any idea how to make idd calls from Malaysia to Sg? I tried to make a test call from Jb using maxis network and it says outgoing calls is blocked... On umobile there's no dialing tone and the call just got cut off..

Volte turned on btw
