Requested porting in my current number for M1 in the morning via service centre, porting is successful at night. I requested esim but staff passed me a sim and told me they will send me a message when esim is ready. But i didn't any message or email regarding this, only receive 2 messages from eight. 1 is thank you message and 2nd 1 is free $8 credit, i'm guessing the staff didn't apply esim for me

I signed up for port in yesterday night at close to 9pm at retailer near my house. Paid $8 for it and reached home pop in the sim and received sms that the sim was activated and $8 credited to my main wallet. Login my account with the temporary number and true enough the $8 is in.

Status of my port in are under in progress. I’m guessing should be either tonight or tomorrow night for port in to take place as I signed up late yesterday night. Hopefully all is ok.
Ok port in successfully completed upon checking at 3am.

Hi there, has anyone face issues with porting? We ported from StarHub to eight on Sunday. Eight worked for 1 day, then signal went dead.
Funny thing is when we use back old StarHub sim, sms and call works, but no data. StarHub claimed porting was successful. But eight has totally no signal whatsoever.

Has any one face this issue and how to resolve? We went down to the orchard shop but the staff was not able to help.
Frustrating

Any porters ready to port back to simba? Simba revised all it's plans, haven't officially announced yet, but many people start seeing their app having a huge boost to their roaming data
