Quite disappointed with smartdevil this time round

What are the issues with SmartDevil this year?

I think so far only heard about the black borders sp issue.

Black borders covering the screen lo. Tried 3-4 different types from them. All same issue

Agree. Somehow or rather this year Ugreen products has been disappointing for me. From their TG to the case, prob they were rushing to launch it before IP 16 was released. Luckily I was able to do a refund via Lazada.

I disagree, am using both their glass and casing, very happy and satisfied for my iPhone 16 Pro Max.

I have been using non-brand case and glass protector.

No issue when drop and phone still in good condition

this year try Ugreen. Has not tested drop but am confident that it can withstand drop

I have managed to change my mindset to use less than $10 case and tempered glass protector. In the past, only got brand and costs tens of dollars are considered worth and match my new iPhone

used to spend a lot too but it does not make sense anymore if everything is made in China. China made no brand works for me as I see myself that it can withstand drop etc

I don’t really care price, as long as it’s worth it. Quality of ugreen cases has been very good, I’ve used them for a few generations of iPhones. I was spigen cases diehard supporter but to me the ugreen one is much better and priced even cheaper. No point for me to spend more, only tried their glass this year as my go-to smart devil got some issues with blocking the screen this year, so far very satisfied while on the lookout for better glass that doesn’t block the screen. The ugreen case with cutout not that bad la. Just press in only, no big deal to me and I’m sure everyone will keep to touchscreen control for camera settings.

Belkin UltraGlass 2 Screen Protector for iPhone 16 Pro Max had a backorder between 09/11/2024 - 23/11/2024. Kinda can't believe my eyes.

contemplating between nomad modern leather case and traditional leather which is a new release this year with the full leather sides/top/bottom vs TPU. Only downside is the camera control cutout which literally a cut-out vs a hole, so not sure about structural rigidity and shock protection against drops, also it’s very exposed and thus vulnerable to knocks

My wife using the Apple silicon case. When I removed it, the edges of the phone looks so clean. Not sure is it the way she use it, or it is the material. Really impressive

For a "cleaner" look for TPU casing, the uGreen transparent tpu casing is the one to go.

Actually my 15PM top corner got a small dent while with the Ugreen tpu casing. No idea how. I dropped my phone once with the casing in AMKhub face down but the TG was okie. So no idea how it got a dent.

I do not have the OKONZ one. I merely just based on actual user reviews to determine. OKONZ one is still blocking
