might be they detect suspected fraudulent transaction hence block it.

If this is the first time you use this card, I only know some master/visa is accepted or not accepted, but I dun know if Union Pay u are using is accepted? That's the cause?

I have used this card before, it suddenly stopped working last 2-3 days.

there is one bank I know, whenever they have maintenance, the card will not work, not just for days but weeks! - intermittent failures.

Qoo was my very first online order before Lazada Shopee etc appear. Early days was good refund easy. Later refund become harder e.g the water proof bag for phone comes stained with pen ink take picture show Qoo CS she say still can use not spoil so cannot refund. I ask her back if she get the same item she accept? She evade my question and just repeat the same like robot. Well I take my monies elsewhere.

Think Qoo will soon walk into history despite one of the early online platform for buyer seller in Spore.

I still got Q*Coins play game think let it waste.

The new changes coming to FRx (min $20 to get points, and double points for only 1st transaction during birthday month) makes it aligned with the T&Cs of CapitaStar membership .....

I have always do more shopping at Fraser during my birthday month as it had unlimited double points, and do almost no shopping during other months .....

My nearest mall is Frasers and new mall next door is Great rewards. Seldom go Capitaland.

Great rewards min $20 also. So a few times I check prices out but go next door to Frasers Mall to buy because item is between $10 and $19.

Might continue though for items more than $20 because I find easier to redeem Frasers compared to Great rewards.
