Think for me the getting rid of one toilet is so smart.

why spend so much money for toilets. What are the chances that u need all 3+1 toilets.

Toilet about 50sqft. Paying $125k for a white elephant not worth.

WC for maid, not counted.

This kind of thing you don’t appreciate it until you need it, big business takes time and morning rush with 3 kids can be harrowing

Lastly, when you really have guests over you can clear the barang from one bathroom and have pristine dedicated bathroom for guest use.

If already pay 3m for a unit why geh gao the 120k and compromise the experience haha

I agree. If buying for own stay more toilets is better. But for investment purposes more efficient layout and less toilet is better. Cheaper quantum units are easier to sell/rent.

True I think to each its own. Since even now with 2 toilets.. I don't see any issues..
To me maid toilet also can use if urgent why maid so special must have a delicate use for her

My new place got 9...i don't even know for what
