So Hp fault ? Ban crossing road to watch hp.
They are monitoring and considering it though nothing done yet.
Coz it is not rare to see cyclists or pedestrians crossing signalised traffic crossings or zebra crossings while on their phones. If you are observant and you do cross a few crossings daily, you'd notice a good few fellas doing that every day.
Only thing that is ultra rare is people crossing road with red man and on their phones.
ps. Joggers on social media / watching video jogging on the cart / cycling lane (eg Bay East Garden) instead of the pedestrian path also a lot, every day i see that. Not shared path, but dedicated and properly / nicely visible demarcated paths. Runner and cyclist here.
