Anyone else having throat issues or sore throat or the like?

When u feel dryness at the back of ur throat mean sore throat is coming soon better do something fast

For me once i feel the dryness i will rinse the back of my throat with listerine b4 i go slp wak up lik normal

If never rinse tmr wak up confirm sore throat

You stay central region? The pm 2.5 levels is higher over those areas, much higher than WHO's standards of clean air. Although NEA rate it normal.

The haze come from South, past by trees in central region continues north, north area also affected cause trees slow down wind speed. If wind direction no change then the air stagnant. Dirty air can cause dry throat, got a fever like symptoms but not really sick. Your eyes there got more baksai when you wake up?

Drink lots of water. Spray throat with medication. Rinse with anti bacterial wash. Bedroom on ac at night and put air purifier.

Get well soon.. My body also high maintenance type easily affected by environmental stuff.

I wonder if there is a bug going around
