Should be for all free trial SIM card holders. If you received SMS, you're good to go! Recharge by the expiry date and receive the free $10 credit.

For the 288 mins outgoing IDD calls as part of the plan, does it mean I can call to any country outside Singapore, while i am physically in Singapore?

You should turn on "Auto-Recharge", Eight will recharge automatically after date of expiry.

Malaysia is pretty good. Haven't try in Thailand and Indonesia. Shouldn't be a problem

Yes that is correct. Once you use up the 10GB, it will automatically use the 2GB under Intl
