Use cardup better, ipaymy charges an additional $1 for this "Fund Safeguarding" for every payment made.

Cardup very strict in verifying the payment. i tried to pay a rent, Ipaymy just accepted the submission but cardup ask me to provide statements...etc to proof its legit rental. WTF.

Cardup will verify what you pay is valid, mortgage payment also same, they want to see bank statement to verify that the money is deducted from your bank account on top of the letter of offer.

BOC family or Qoo cards should be entitled for the 3% cash rebate via online purchase?
Did not really see exclusions from here, unless Ipaymy is regard as payment service providers.

SCB recently announced exclusions, any one know if ipaymy or cardup fall under the newly announced MCC? i tried to check with ipaymy on their MCC code but they not allowed to divulge their processes

Imagine charging to ipaymy and paying 2.25% fee but end up gets nothing

Definitely can earn, 0.3% category. I don't know why would anybody bother to do so.
