I managed to find this thread from 2021, and it was mentioned that you need a USA shipping address for Gigabyte RMA.

most local distro will not service your USA bought card from what i recall.

So you will need to ship it back to USA.

yes no issue to ship to USA, but question is will Gigabyte ship back to SG? As per above thread they only ship within USA.
