offered me $100 e voucher to switch to titanium gray….

2) switch to titanium gray, $100 voucher, maintain 14th feb ETA.

no other colour options to change to if i take the $100 voucher.

i think it’s a joke if they think this is service recovery

I think you can get free Samsung Care+ if you have an EPP promo code.

there was ... you can call them to check for a SC+code and if HUAT38 still works for the discount

Sounds like grey is the least popular colour. Or can be reframed to be the "most uncommon colour variant"

Their service recovery really cui. I was promised a callback within 48 hours regarding a small dot on the screen, but now they're asking for more time due to being overwhelmed. Meanwhile, others who have received their phones are using them happily, and I'm still waiting for a response.
