Bite on this! I also held on to this point and made him help me expedite.
I keep harping on this issue that I pre-ordered so that I can receive it before the official release date, not to receive it after it then it defeats the purpose of preordering. I press for the order to be expedited but live chat can't do nuts can only keep saying limited access and only able to track order status. I can also track the order myself...

At least the hotline more helpful, gave me more details and help to highlight my order to be expedited but I can only take it with a pinch of salt.

Talked to their live chat is a headache, keep going round and round to no conclusion saying it's with logistics partner. When asked why status is still 'preparing order', can only taichi and tell me to call their hotline. :s22:

Called the hotline and was informed that phone is in warehouse sorting by batches, not yet sent to logistics partner. The live chat CSO bluffed me...
Their live chat is useless one

Similar experience, asked me called helpline instead

Then helpline also blur one

Called the hotline 1 Gilbert handle my case tell me die die cannot early...14 Feb shipping means 14 Feb onwards...they backlog a lot I say I understand but preorder then get later then official launch Abit turn off he say he cannot do anything about it...

Leaves a sour note on my virgin purchase from Samsung online...long time Samsung user too since s3 and note 1 days...

Yes hotline also useless...guess they will give standard template answers like unable to help or will "help" expedite but actually do nothing about it

Lol my tempered glass and case from Spigen arriving 2moro...s25u no where in sight...even normal titanium black not limited color also need wait til neck long... 😴

I just learnt from the lady who picked up my S22 that the protection for my S22 metal frame is still intact. I didn't even realize there is a film covering the S22 metal frame for the past 26 months using the S22 😅.

I checked the S25U but don't seem to have a protective film covering the frame maybe cos it's titanium so no need film protection.

Feels sad to let go of my S22 cos it is in pristine condition except for the pink line on the screen. I only found out about the $58 screen repair after I completed the Samsung ore-order.

Moot point but just curious if Samsung willl recover the $180 bonus trade-in on top of the trade-in value payable to CompAsia if we were to cancel the trade-in 🤔.

Strange that I had to escalate my issue for my wife's S22U pink line fix. Maybe because I had 2 phones: S22U and S22+.
But anyways, only the S22U was accepted because of the condition. I also think they don't know how to replace the screen only, as I got back a device with a new frame as well (with protective film intact).
Anyways.. also feel sad to let this super pristine (new glass and sides) go.. lol. But I get full $510 for it. If I were to sell outside, I think would be about the same...
