Some strategems are fixed and must be used. Most strategems need empty slots that are only unlocked in later stages.

Need to remove existing strategems then can add. If cannot remove, then is fixed for this stage. Think the prompt is just telling you, got new strategems to choose instead using the same strategems.

C4 Xiangling. Quite impt. 40% duration means extra 4 seconds of pyronado and 4 secs less downtime.
C1 doesn't do much for Xingqiu.

i think c4 xiangling better. the extension of the burst seem more important than additional xing qiu rain sword

just an alternative opinion. XL quite unless outside abyss. so if abyss not your priority, getting XQ c1 so your XQ just one step away from XQ c2 which reduce hydro res. both can be bought from shop.

It depends which DPS u use the most. XQ is good for normal atk, and XL is good for offield DPS. U have to see which of their cons benefit the most for your team comps and select accordingly
