no more human cooking. And one stall can do lots of dish and all real nice. Like the noodles stall can do ramen, noodles, laksa and the taste is real good and consistent like Mac for whole singapore. Possible?

hawker center will go into history and it will become "F&B with social initiative" and operated by whoever won the bid..

by then, every stall will have some sorts of automation.

and no need talk about future, currently some noodle stalls already uses automation to cook the noodle. The staff need to put the noodle onto the ladle, press a button and it will start cooking. Once done, the ladle will come up and the staff then pour the noodle onto the bowl with the sauces and meat on it

some restaurant also using automation for fried rice too..

Yes. Soon. AI and robots taking over. Less jobs for all.
Cooking, logistics, software, healthcare, transport, building maintenance, education, etc ...

Challenging times for the coming generations

Can the AI robots provide the Seah Imm experience when we ask them for extra pair of chopsticks?

That will be great! I am sick of all the food store not open most of the time . All the boomers retiring and the young ones all making money doing stocks or grab

You just need workers to top up rice, noodles, ingredients and etc... Cleaners, facilities management and etc. I think still got jobs created.
