seems like they are forcing people to cancel the card by not waiving AF.

this has been my 'general usage' card for the longest time, but the card doesnt seem v useful anymore.

going to cancel the card too to reset my NTB status.

DCS card has 2% on general spend, too. There is little use for this card.

I also have 2 Manhattan.

they refused to waive and I am going to cancel it once I make payment for my bill. Forgo $140 of rebates earned. Very dulan

already cancelled my 3 other SC cards.

Call again and get another CSO. Some CSOs are stupid. Do not pay the annual fees under any circumstances. They will send you on a merry go round trying to get the money back

When my savings account with them was kosong for several years when I had the card, they also had no issue waiving off the fees for me. And im not a big spender, each month cc bill on this card was about $200-$300 nia.

Anyone received their missing cashback from the past few months? I was just looking at my account online just now and saw on 27/3 four different amount ranging from $0.19 to $2.14 was credited to my card under "30cashback merchant adj".
