Any recommendations for true wireless earbuds for running?

My jabra elite 4 active spoiled. Wanted to buy the same but jabra discontinued the entire line of consumer product series.
I use Earfun Free 1s for my usual jogging. $35 and really good sound quality for the price. But for race I will use my Audio Technica one with hear through mode.

Road bikes = like Hifi / Home Theatre. Actually closer to Hifi.
Nothing high-end but still whole setup around 12k, is "cheap" relative to "high-end" Hifi but to the salaried worker still nothing to scoff at. CDs i splurged around 5k.
Still, considered mid-end only. That was in 90s and early 2000 earning power.

That is why i am unwilling to splurge (again) on cycling. As long as the bike is relatively safe for my use and needs, RB geometry that suits, i can liao. Too much snake oil and marketing. Been there done that. Not to say no difference, but if you ask me, differences are miniscule for my needs.

than
thanks for sharing then when they stretch you got many pop pop sounds lol? i think they got a 3 session package to try

Not much pop pop sound, only I shout ah ah sound. When they twist your back will have pop sound. Stretching 4 limbs no sound. For safety, neck better don't twist.

Now they charge how much for 3 sessions, how many minutes? Website can't find.

In those 2 cases I only chanced upon the potholes at the last min and as usual when going over any bumps to minimize impact is that i'd stand up a bit for my legs to absorb. This is also to minimize crashing,
But i guess the potholes too big, both cases rear tube pinch flat.
I think i need to learn how to bunny hop, even a half fug one shd work.

Can try bunny hop. I ever hopped to avoid about 1 metre stretch of multiple pot holes. Almost fell down because rebounded sideway angle when I landed, scared the shiit out of myself. So bunny hop is also not foolproof. Still must watch the road in front carefully.

小D FTP is most probably just under 200W,
24:46 vs 29:18

Actually i have been thinking also and yes the landing risk is still a risk.
Can try to lift up but not really hopping so as to further reduce the impact when going over the potholes.
Something like in between standing up and bunny hopping.

Big jump in pricing for the 1st tier starting tomorrow. Stange is know they have a FM + HM combo category? How does one run these two races? Traditional HM and FM starts at the same time. No way one can run the two race.

Getting more expensive. Won’t be running this one. Still deliberating either to do Bangkok or Nara.

The NK one quite interesting and intriguing. Not for the faint hearted.....but i guess that's also the main draw.
Go NK too troublesome. Will lose visa free status to many countries unless willing to lie in immigration declaration. I more or less 90% sure will do Seoul Marathon next year. Hope to break sub 4 in that one.
