I think it’s important to know what phone, which iOS, and battery health.

if not, the information will not be meaningful

I have an iphone 11 and iphone 14, I usually turn off WIFI.
So back to the question. how many % of the battery will drop, when the phone is left idle over night without charging, WIFI on but not connect to any wifi, hot sport was on. IOS is 17.6.1

5%?

Depends on your settings on each individual apps whether if there is background data polling / refresh going on.

But generally less than 5%

Separate discussion..

I am aware that apple allow certain neighborhood shop to perform battery replacement, they are called "Official Apple Independent Repair Provider"....

Will Apple recognise job done by these shops same as those done by Apple Service Centre ?

Yes, as they have the tools and softwares to verify the parts after repairs.
Otherwise, your device's setting will prompt error.

Able to check on Apple the list of Apple's recognised repair providers.

Mine can drop between 5-11%, average about 8% on wifi overnight. About 8 hours between fully charged and waking up. iphone 15 pro, ios 18.1.

Current battery health 94% at 313 cycles
