It's a sponge cake soaked in 3 kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk and heavy cream.

I had another Tres Leches cake at Bolero which was heavier. I prefer the Casa Catrina one.

Including hot tea and drinks, $30.

Beehoon not 1 pax size.

and I didn’t compare side to side (with your other photos), but is there a little highlight clipping for the xiaomi pics?

I turned it on when using Xiaomi photo editor.

Also somehow if a photo was not edited by the Xiaomi photo editor but altered by Lightroom Snapseed or Photoshop the watermark cannot be added anymore.

Yes unfortunately. I might have to dial in a -0.3 ev to compensate.

Xiaomi seems to expose for shadows and risk burning some highlights. Vivo takes the reverse which clips the shadows.

Ya earlier ones were with mirrorless Sony and processed from raw files. Recently lazy .. ended up using phones and gave up abit of control.

But travel wise will still bring my mirrorless camera along, tripod and all.

I shoot with a custom profile, transfer to basic Xiaomi photo editor to adjust some saturation/vibrance etc.

Still tweaking the custom profile..
