Yup I dont have the invitation too. I had the previous invitation "Special Rates for International Women's Day" earning 3.80% pa on first S$10K in April 2025.

Anybody encountered recently that you are unable to withdraw money out from Mari Bank?

I wanted to perform a PayNow from Mari Bank to my own account, the app will display "Log in with Singpass" for face verification. However, tapping on the red button, it doesn't do anything at all. Usually, it should open up your Singpass app and follow by verification.

Latest app on Google playstore for both Singpass and Mari (no updates).
Closed app and re-start
Rebooted phone
Tried both home Wifi and mobile data

Contacted CS and checking the issue now. Anybody encounter similar issues? Or anything else I should check?

Seems to be an issue with Singpass facial recognition service. Try again later and hope it works again.

MariBank seems to be the only bank relying on SingPass facial recognition for lots of unnecessary things like transfers.

Scary because of how unreliable it is, and how it is highly dependent on good lighting conditions. (I remember trying to do a transfer on the train and failing because the sun was too bright.)
