anyone can advise?

I did a silly thing (while in a rush) today. recently changed my phone and today while trying to book a Grab, realised I hadn't (re)install the app. So I did it on the spot and quickly log in to book transport. then at payment... dunno why even though I selected payment by credit card (already one of the payment options), it went to payment by Grab wallet instead, and it became an auto-topup from my UOB One card to the Wallet 🤦‍♂️

I thought it was a glitch... since the car wasn't booked, so I tried to book again and once again, at payment, it prompted an auto-topup to the Wallet. So... I ended up topping up my Grab Wallet using my UOB One card TWICE 😪

I tried to submit a request to refund the excess (after payment for the trip) from my Wallet back to my credit card. what's the success rate of doing so? And how long will it possibly take?

(fyi I'm a rare Grab user so I don't top up the Grab wallet but usually pay directly by credit card if need to)
Don’t think you can get the money back though…

Anyone has an alternative to this card? Currently I'm using it because the pairing with uob one account interest was quite good. What I don't like about this card is that you don't get additional cashback above the tier you are aiming for unless it's one of the few special merchants. Most annoying is that you need to hit the same min spend for 3 consecutive months. Once I kena a credit at the end of the statement and there goes my rebate.

Anyone knows if it is possible to do advance payment of SP Powers or Geneco bills?

I read that we can do advance bill payment of SP Powers at HDB HQ, but does it qualify for both UOB one bonus and credit card quarterly rebates?

Thanks!

quarterly rebate come in end of 4th or later month to offset bill, bonus rebate come in end of 4th month (statement month after your qualifying quarter)
my quarter is from Feb to Apr. I recall that usually they'll show the quarterly rebate by the second day of the next cycle (i.e. for my case is 2 May), when you logged in to internet banking, under the card transaction records. but it's not shown yet, not sure if it's because yesterday was PH.

Anyone know if using this card at National Skin Centre, what's the MCC, and whether qualified as part of minimum spend?

TIA....
