What happened to the Shopee retailer prices, all higher than direct topups and cannot use voucher, did Shopee do something to them? Hock Mobile also gone?

I'm currently on $8 plan auto every month. If I want to upgrade to $11.80 plan, is there a specific timing in billing cycle to upgrade? Or can select and upgrade anytime? Planning for upcoming trip to Europe so that there is bigger data roaming allowance.

The lazy man way is the day before the trip, just purchase the $11.80 plan
After the trip, you can purchase the $8.00 plan to revert back and the 30 days billing cycle kicks in on the day of purchase.

It doesn't change your plan. The $28 is credited to your wallet. Unless you specifically go to retailer and ask to topup $8 or $11.8 or $18 to renew/change your plan.

For your consideration, I go with topup.sg

Not necessarily the cheapest, but they sell it at $8 instead of $8.20.

Another reason why I go to them is because they are the only seller that sells CMLink top up on Shopee (I also have CMLink SIM card)

Buy first for 11.80 then purchase 8 plan after.
If you need to time it, can let the plan lapse first then purchase the 11.80 plan when needed.
