Do you find some line got a problem?
eg NEL, it’s already fully packed at Sengkang… and the subsequent stations passengers are unable to board…

means those at the middle of the lines towards the city or interchange will not be able to board the train because it’s full.

Obviously poor planning
Should like put empty trains after Sengkang MRT station so commuters from those stations can board

reinstate all the bus services that used to ply along the train's routes [well, not exactly the same route]
but smrt just want to earn the profits by themselves

Think studies have shown buses cant handle the load… means it takes too many buses to handle the human traffic. Don’t forget buses need drivers and you will need so many more drivers

Solution is to take bus.. longer to reach but more comfortable ride if you can get a seat.. i always take bus from woodlands to yio chu kang even though can take mrt faster.. switch bus at yishun interchange.. 1st to board confirm got seat 😂 can sleep on the bus also since longer journey..

this me can't disagree
manpower issues plays a part too :o

thot at least it could lessen the train load when it's channeled to the buses
not by much but at least something ..
& basically traffic-jam free

unless really suay :s22:
