4. “Customers with wealth holdings” are defined as customers who hold either an Eligible Investment Product or Insurance Product purchased through the bank. An “Eligible Investment Product” refers to (i) Unit Trust(s), (ii) Bonds, (iii) Structured Notes, or (iv) Equities.
5. Your eligible Bonus Interest Rate is assessed based on your wealth holdings at the end of each calendar month during the promotion period.
Did your RM have a different interpretation of the t&cs ?
Suggest that you point her to the tnc and ask her to state her interpretation in writing. That was what she said to me. She knows I have lots of equities all self purchased thru SC.
Do you have another RM telling you differently, or you are just reading the words?
Yup!This promo no need to send sms or activation steps right? Just transfer the funds into the acct? Thanks .

Right. Seems like the CSOs don’t want to confirm tooHe might be, but so far those who disagreed have not heard otherwise from anyone from Stan Chart.
They are basing it based on the reading of that statement. We will see next month.
Agree. Should ask to point out, otherwise complain to mas. Such poor conduct reps shouldn't be working in banks.Ask her back is that self-executed part her own make-up story or what. T&c 都没说啊. 乱乱来的create something out of nothing. Pls go ask her back. Srs. Ask her to refer to the t&c and show you which part says must be self-executed trades.
