oh it is Letter of Administration.
Had to do an internet search to know what this is: https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/family/apply-for-letters-of-administration Me not a legal expert. Hee :)

so far my children looks okay but not sure their mental state okay or not.
I was just watching a Korean Netflix film on mental health and the title is quite poignant to me: "It's Okay to Not Be Okay". Please let us know if there's anything we can be of help, in the meantime all I want to do is to encourage you a little. You are doing a great job as a father, I'm proud of you and I wish you and your family well too as you readjust to the new norm. My mentor Jeanette used to teach me, "Any problem that money can solve is not a problem. Yet, any problem that money cannot solve, that is a real headache." I have confidence that you will be able to tackle any family issues in proper order, if you ever find yourself in doubt, do remember the Buddha's teachings, and chances are He will point you the right way forward.

Cheers!

By reciting Namo Amitabha Buddha, we are protected by the Buddhas and Sages.

When slovenly and negligent, set your mind on the transience of samsaric existence. When wayward thoughts take hold in your heart, raise your voice and recite "Namo Amituofo".

Calling upon the sacred name "Namo Amituofo".

Despite their transgressions, the Buddha does not refer to these wrongdoers as “evil people.” Instead, he calls them “foolish people”. This distinction reflects the Buddha’s boundless compassion, tolerance, and understanding.

The Buddha recognizes that such individuals act not out of malice but out of ignorance. Their minds are clouded by delusion, and they are driven by forces of karmic habits and afflictions. They are not inherently evil; they are trapped in the darkness of ignorance. As the Contemplation Sutra states:

"The Buddha's mind offers great compassion. With unconditional loving-kindness, it embraces all sentient beings."

When the Blessed One was totally gone out—simultaneously with the total going out—Ven. Anuruddha uttered these stanzas:

‘He had no in-&-out breathing,

the one who was Such*, the firm-minded one.

imperturbable & bent on peace:

the sage completing his span.

With heart unbowed

he endured the pain.

Like a flame’s going out

was the liberation

of awareness.’
