The price looks good for that area. Comparatively, everything else launching this year is 2800-2900psf average IIRC. So if anyone wants to buy something this year and have a certain budget, there are not that many options...

I think it's a safe buy but obviously need to evaluate the eventual price loading.

86 units sold on preview day, 25%.

Many 4 bedders sold 1647sqft and 1292sqft, easily the best selling bedder type.

The 1647sqft stack, out of 23 units only left 4 units high floor.

What is money to some people? Play monopoly nia.

Today is booking day for big units that's why u see mainly big units sold.

Tmr is for smaller units.

Agent friends say Price is really reasonable for RCR with MRT for all types.

Do you have the price for 1066sf unit ? How many psf say for 9th floor ?
Not sure. Argaration since average for development is 2450psf so around 10psf per level should be 2300-2350 psf thereabouts.

Almost all 137 two-bedroom units and 92 two-bedroom plus study units were snapped up. Prices started from $1.398 million for two-bedroom units and $1.959 million for two-bedroom plus study units. All 45 three-bedroom units were also sold, with prices starting from $2.352 million.
Remaining units include three-bedroom plus study layouts starting from $2.894 million ($2,240 psf) and four-bedroom premium units from $3.61 million ($2,192 psf).

No la, mostly 2nd hand cut and paste info. It's not exactly an area I like.

Just interested to know how well a decent new launch after the new ruling can draw out the buyers.

Once again, shocking outcome considering a good portion of units are in the 4+m range. The buyer pool with deep pockets are like never ending.

Got new video from TT Lum saying not exactly that cheap but I guess in this market, so long launch at reasonable price, the supply will be taken out quickly. Not sharing the link later kenna slammed by boomers
