Does not seem to be a legal issue. There are ppl who instruct their companies' HR to split their salaries across different banking accounts.
She's retiree. No company to send salary from.
But has rental income, so is income tax payer.
She worried that they add it to her income ( I don't think they will . Cos it's paid by self to self). But not willing to take the risk

But they didn't specify on their site . It said " GIRO/ FAST/ PN via giro/ PN via FAST " Meaning any FAST is one of the alternatives
you need to read the T&C. the T&C clearly stated " Only genuine employment salary credit from your employer to your 360 Account". T&C is available on the same 360 webpage

3. Eligibility Criteria for Bonus Interest
3.1 Salary Bonus Interest

You must successfully credit your salary of at least the required minimum amount into your 360 Account. Only genuine employment salary credit from your employer to your 360 Account via the following methods, credited within the calendar month is eligible: • GIRO / PayNow via GIRO with transaction description “GIRO - SALARY” printed on the monthly statement. • FAST / PayNow via FAST with transaction code “SAL” or transaction description “SALARY / SALA / SAL”. We reserve the right to request for any document or information to verify that the amount credited is your salary. Salary credit in other forms will not be eligible.

you need to learn to read webpage info (esp those with "i" bubble icons) and/or T&Cs and understand it. Not read and interpret the T&Cs according to what you want to hear :)

How to earn the Salary bonus interest

  • Credit your salary of at least S$1,800 into the 360 Account.
  • Only salary credit through these transaction descriptions and codes in your statements will qualify for this bonus:
    • GIRO / PayNow via GIRO with the transaction description “GIRO-SALARY”
    • FAST / PayNow via FAST with transaction code “SAL” or transaction description “SALARY / SALA / SAL”
  • To set up your 360 Account as your salary crediting account, please inform your HR department of your new account number (you will only need to do it once).
  • We reserve the right to request for any document or information to verify that the amount credited is your salary. Salary credit in other forms will not be eligible.
If you are in "gaming" mode, do it discreetly. I am sure bank employees are also member of HWZ and reading the posts

Every next month must have $500 more than previous month so as to obtain another 0.6%.
If say my first batch once reach $100k, I can remove the excess . Then next month put $500? So I withdraw my whole salary and inside left $100500. Then 2nd time o put another $501 then I got $101,001z

can right ?

How could I miss it. UT takes some time (u will have a message and the deduction will show up)

Really great value for those who wants to go for it.

"From now till 31 July 2025, invest in Unit Trusts and key in the promo code OCBC50XLY"
Thanks. Just an update that OCBC approved my purchase. An a pleasant surprise is it has turned green on the first day it appear on my account. A lower sales charge really helps. I have also setup my spending on my card, and the only variable is now hoping my HR don't play me out.

ya man.. can take out all liao.. then put in $500 for next month..

u know which date must put inside? 1st August?
1st of the month if working day (including Sat) and before 9pm.
When Sunday or PH, then it gets complicated as they dont count as money in on those days (but the money is posted the next working day).

I do a spreadsheet to properly account for money in and money out, check my account regularly to see that the ADB i computed is identical to those given by ocbc.
Go back a few threads: read the past posts so you understand what this mean.
