This pad 10 running 7 gen 3 with 8gb/256gb ddr4x and ufs 3.1. Pretty good for the rrp comparable with most other brands like lenovo. I guess only xiaomi pad 7 gives much better value. I feel its a pretty good freebie than watch or earbuds or wireless charger stand. They giving free magic pen to use with the pad 10. Pretty good bundle to use or sell.
will definitely look into selling it but the magic pen can use on the v5 right?

a bit disappointed that it crossed the $2k mark. thought it'll remain under $2k... like $1999.

it's like buying two slab phones and put them side by side, price-wise.

Give up. All the china foldable don't want to launch 1TB global. Malaysia pre order open, 2 year warranty and 1 year screen crack thing and some Bluetooth speaker lol RM6999

The price difference between Fold 7 de 512GB and 1TB doesn't make any economical sense to be honest...I can use the amount get USB C thumbdrive and SSD still got change left...

I touched all three at challenger Nex just now... n5, v5 and f7.

gotta say all three creases feel pretty much the same when you brush your fingertip over. however, it is least visible on the f7 and I suspect it's something to do with the screen coating... the crease is definitely visible under normal lighting on the n5 and v5. both are like the same.

the f7 feels the most 'clean' to me aesthetically speaking, but it's also the hardest to 'pry open' with fingers (unless you have long fingernails). actually it looked the thinnest compared to v5 and n5 and I think it's because the spine appears the slimmest (?).

if not for the camera system I would have jumped ship to f7!
I hope it stays at $1999! Honor Malaysia kept the same price for V5. I saw the above post challenger guy saying 2099 or 2199, but let's see.

So you going for V5? This is my first foldable. I saw fold 7 for $25xx at Courts. (using capitaland vouchers to offset the price so I have to shop at capland malls).
But the battery and slow charging is just outrageous. I usually cap my charging at 80% just to preserve battery health. But if I get fold 7, I won't cap at 80%. I like the square corners though. My last concern is magic os vs oneui.

I'll post a comparison between the Z Fold 7 vs V5 tomorrow once I confirmed and checked certain things for the two phones. So don't place any order now

In fact, I have done the comparison based on what I found on the net but holding back because of the above

highly likely, some ergonomic issue with samsung f7, like many said, abit difficult to open. short battery life.

but i like the samsung UI and use to their keyboard layout. lol..
I was on s24plus and liked oneui, went for coloros and now oxygenos. Really liked oneui able to create folders on app drawer and keep my home screen clean. But something got to give. I can adapt to other os, hope magic os is good. I am already looking for cases and tempered glass on taobao for v5 and pad 10.

I saw in the samsung fold 7 thread, at 58% the charge is 16w only. For me, the battery and charging speed is important than os unless magic os is really crap...
