Seems like their product team has changed, cause no news at all for so many months.
I recall Maybank took a 'break' for a couple of months without any promo late last year right?

seems like they need to do a review of sorts...

but with rates trending down, it's understandable that promos have kinda dried up.

I was on earlier cycle and got the Bonus interests timely

it seems since Jun, CIMB has been late in crediting interest n awards

I see.

Just an update for everyone, I gotten my Bonus interests today finally, after calling them last week and complain to the CSO. Premier banking a bit more power. lol.

just called CIMB

they say their Product Team advised that the 0.5% bonus interest would be credited by 18 Jul 2025

shall wait n see
Have you gotten the BI for SI? no right?

The bank's credibility is really in doubt. I already cancel the SI from next month onwards.

The cso say by end of this month lol..
I called them again yesterday and the CSO was trying to say that June's SI BI was supposed to be paid out at end July, but then I reminded him it's actually for May's.

'cos the last round of SI BI received was for April (credited on 4 June, although the TnC says 2 June).

he said he'll check and give me a call back 🙄

I got the call back from the same CSO this morning. he corrected his stand yesterday and said the SI BI for April should be credited by 30 June and subsequently by 18 July, but it's still pending.

At least they admitted there's a tranche of SI BI missing / not credited. Dunno how many customers affected but hopefully they will resolve this soon...

I ask the CSO the same questions - is it manually trigger or is supposed to be automatically disbursed. he can't answer... I think only the inside people would know.
